Yoga Class
If you are just starting off or you have been a student of yoga for quite some time, welcome! It is always recommended to go at your own pace as you explore safe ranges of movement and shapes with your body. Our yoga class is unique, essential and therapeutically deigned for weaving harmony and balance in body, mind and spirit. As these aspects of ourselves align, the practice organically influences your daily life, relationships and work environment. My teaching approach is to encourage the way you support your needs at that point in time, whilst tending to a space that honours the relationship with your body as it changes. You are invited to explore breath work, asanas/shapes, the felt sense, spiritual expression and self awareness within integrative mindful practices to gently gain states of alignment or personal truth. If you recognise that this is needed for you come join us. These tools are both research based and informative for you to nurture the relationship with all of you.

Online Vin Yin session
Friday 28th August 5:30pm AEST 90minutes
Online Investment: $15
This session offers the safety and comfort of your own home. And perhaps the beautiful thing about practising from home is that you don’t need to have everything sorted before you arrive. You can live in the mess, frustration and chaos whilst also holding space for loving-kindness. We will begin with a warmer, gentle Vinyasa phase of the practice before gradually stepping into a slower, deeper phase with longer-held Yin shapes. As we close, there will be time to soak up the containers energy that we have created together, one in loving-kindness, fragility, simplicity and tenderness. As always with my practice, there is no requirement to push through, perform or get anything “right”. You are invited to listen to your body, make choices that support you, rest when you need to, and change or come out of a shape at any time. Book here
Please complete your payment by 24th August so I have enough time to send your Zoom link through before the session. Once your booking and payment have been received, I will send the Zoom link and any further information you need to join the session. “I am still occasionally at the mercy of farm internet, so please book ahead and give me a little time to get your Zoom link to you.” Before we meet Please create yourself a comfortable space where you can move and rest. Please keep your microphone muted during the practice. You may like to have: • a yoga mat • a blanket • cushions or a bolster • water/tea • anything else that helps you feel supported and comfortable.
You don’t need to have a perfect space or all the yoga props. Work with what you have. I would love to share this evening with you and to explore what it might mean to hold the “blah” moments alongside loving-kindness and assisting the information needed for our own bodies to hold or loosen, whatever is needed for you. Perhaps this is another little step towards homecoming.
With warmth, Selina Stewart
